I hereby authorize Complete Piers & Lifts LLC to pick up and/or deliver my boat/pontoon/pwc or trailer for winter storage. It is hereby understood and agreed that I or we agree to indemnify and save harmless Complete Piers & Lifts LLC from and against any and all damage or exposure which they may suffer or sustain, or be held liable for and against any and all claims, actions or suits on account of damage to property left in their care, custody, and control specifically including but not limited to losses caused by fire, lightning, water, tornado, windstorm, hail, explosion, theft, vandalism or any other malicious mischief, collapse of building and other hazards or casualties and whether or not caused by our negligence or acts or failure to act. I/we agree to pay prior to taking delivery in spring all storage and repair costs incurred. In case payment is not made, I/we hereby agree to pay all costs of collection, including reasonable attorney's fees and legal expenses. Each boat owner is urged to insure his property at all times in a suitable amount against all possible hazards and casualties. Your property is not insured by Complete Piers & Lifts LLC.

Complete Piers & Lifts LLC May Provide Additional Services Such As Engine Maintenance, Repair, Gasoline, Oil, etc. All Charges Are Payable Immediately Upon Completing Said Services.

Complete Piers & Lifts LLC May Be Required To Move Owner's Boat. It Being Understood That Boat Location Can Change To Facilitate Storage Placement And To Maximize Safety Procedures. Owner Also Acknowledges That Owner's Property Will Be Stored On Premises Owned Or Rented By Complete Piers & Lifts LLC. Owner's Boat/Pontoon/PWC, When Placed In Storage, Will Not Be Subject To Removal By Owner After The 15th Day Of October, And Before The 15th Day Of April Of The Storage Year. Removal During Said Restricted Time Frame, Will Cause Owner To Incur Additional Labor And Equipment Charge At Complete Piers & Lifts Hourly Charges. Complete Piers & Lifts LLC Will Provide Storage For The Item Listed Above From October to May. After May Storage Will Be Month To Month. $200 Per Month. This Agreement Is Made Between Complete Piers & Lifts And The Owner Listed Above.

Complete Piers & Lifts LLC cannot be held accountable for freeze damage caused to boats made available for pickup after October 15th.

Warning Installing a canopy vinyl ahead of the boat on a boat lift can have consequences. Wind and storms can cause a lift with a canopy vinyl installed to move. This movement may be a few inches, or it could flip onto its side, upside down, or on top of your pier etc.
